A Fine Period Residence, which has been converted into 40 units of fully service, luxury flat. Each unit is fully air conditioned and carpeted. It has been tastefully furnished and decorated; Everything has been thought of, from imported English Wall Prints to the colour of the refrigerator and microwave.
For relaxation, every flat has its own colour TV with satelite. The roof garden features sun bathing deck, dry sauna room and cold water tub.
Business service (from 09.00 to 16.00 hours week days), such as typing of letters, sending a telex and collection/delivery of documents is provided by the service office at an extra nominal fee.
Security is provided by 24-hour armed guard. Car valet service can be ordered upon request.
Central location: the house can be reached from either Rama IV Road or Sukhumvit Road and only 10 minutes away from the express way to the airport (limousine service to the airport can be ordered in advance).
